    Why practices choose Eighteeth

    Integration where it counts

The apex locator and endo motor work as one system — the motor reacts to canal position instead of you reading two screens. Fewer instrument separations, fewer retakes.

    Priced for general practice

Equipment specified for the single-operatory reality of most Canadian clinics, not for a specialist centre with a specialist budget.

    Serviced in Canada

Warranty, parts and training run through i-VISTAMED rather than an overseas RMA queue. That is usually what decides how long a unit stays in service.

    Choosing the right configuration

I mostly do molar endoStart with an integrated motor + apex locator, a reciprocating and rotary file selection, and an ultrasonic unit for orifice location.
I am fitting out a new operatoryBundle the curing light, headlight and sensor with the X-ray unit — commissioning them together is faster and usually costs less than adding them one at a time.
I am moving to digital workflowsAn intraoral scanner with open STL output pairs with both external labs and in-clinic printing, including Graphy direct-printed aligners.

    Frequently asked questions

Does i-VISTAMED provide warranty and service for Eighteeth equipment in Canada?
Yes. Warranty claims, parts and servicing are handled through i-VISTAMED in Ontario, so units do not have to be shipped overseas for routine support.
Can I buy a single unit, or do I have to buy a package?
Every item can be bought individually. Packages exist because commissioning several devices at once is usually faster and better priced, not because single units are unavailable.
Do the intraoral scanners export open STL files?
Yes — files can be sent to an external lab or used for in-clinic printing workflows, including direct-printed aligner production.
How long does delivery take within Canada?
Stocked items ship from Ontario. Delivery timelines and any items on backorder are confirmed when your quote is prepared.
Do you provide training when equipment is installed?
Yes. Installation includes orientation for the clinical team, and further training can be arranged for larger fit-outs.
