Graphy 3D printing systems for dental practices in Canada

Graphy makes the equipment behind direct-printed aligners: the printer, the shape-memory resin, the post-cure unit and the spinner that finishes them. Bought as a system they replace the thermoforming line entirely. i-VISTAMED supplies, installs and supports the full Graphy range across Canada.

  • Full system — Printer, resin, cure and spinner
  • Installed by us — Commissioning and calibration
  • Trained team — Workflow training included
  • Canada-wide — Shipped and serviced from Ontario

    The Graphy system

Four components that together replace a thermoforming workflow. Available individually or as a complete in-clinic setup.

    3D printer

The printer at the centre of the workflow, specified for direct-printed aligner production rather than general-purpose modelling.

    Tera Harz printing material

Shape-memory resin engineered so the aligner itself is printed, not thermoformed over a model.

    View products

    Tera Harz Cure

Post-curing unit that finishes printed aligners to their working properties.

    Tera Harz Spinner

Removes excess resin before curing — the step that decides surface finish and fit.

Why the system, not just the printer

Printing is one of four steps

A printer alone does not produce a usable aligner. Spinning, curing and material handling decide fit and finish, which is why the components are specified together.

    No models, no thermoforming

Direct printing removes the model-printing and pressure-forming stages entirely, along with the trimming and the storage they require.

    Commissioned, not shipped

We install, calibrate and train on site. Most in-clinic printing that fails, fails at commissioning rather than at purchase.

    Where practices usually start

Testing the workflowStart with the printer, resin and cure unit and run a small number of cases before committing the whole treatment book.
Full in-clinic productionThe complete four-component system, plus training for the team member who will own the workflow day to day.
Already printing modelsIf you print models today, direct-printed aligners remove a stage rather than adding one. The savings calculator on our aligner page shows the difference per case.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need all four Graphy components?
For direct-printed aligner production, yes — printing, spinning and curing are one process. Components can be phased in, but a printer on its own will not produce a finished aligner.
Do you install and train, or just ship the equipment?
We install, calibrate and train on site. Commissioning is where most in-clinic printing setups succeed or fail.
What does it cost per case compared with outsourcing?
That depends on case complexity, step count and how much of the workflow stays in clinic. The savings calculator on our aligner page compares three workflows side by side.
Can I use the printer for anything other than aligners?
The system is specified for direct-printed aligner production. Talk to us about your intended use before assuming a second application.
    Is service handled in Canada?
Yes — installation, parts and support run through i-VISTAMED in Ontario.
